This experience paved the way for her employment at the Florida State Capitol which provided invaluable management experience with commissioners, deputy commissioners, department heads, legislators, and people from around our Great Free State of Florida.

Upon her desire to return to her Jackson County home roots, she accepted a loan officer and marketing position with Farm Credit of Northwest Florida, a cooperative agriculture lender. This Ag relationship and community service lead her to a position with Post Buckley Schuh and Jernigan, a global engineering firm, where she provided general consulting services to the Florida Department of Transportation, District III.
